- When your customers (Diners) use the Platform: You (the Merchant) are the Data Controller of your customers' personal data. ServMe acts purely as a Data Processor, processing that data strictly on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions to facilitate orders and loyalty programs.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following situations:
- With vendors, consultants, and other service providers (like hosting providers or payment processors) who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.
